This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, and protect information when providing services to you and when you authorize us to access your QuickBooks Online company data via Intuit APIs.3. Information we collect
A. Information you provide
Contact and business details, billing details, and communications you send us.B. QuickBooks Online data you authorize us to access ("Client Data")
Accounting and financial data such as your chart of accounts, transactions, invoices, bills, vendors, customers, payments, and reports, to the extent you authorize access.C. Log and diagnostic data
Limited technical logs needed to operate and secure the integration (for example timestamps, IP address, error logs, and diagnostics). We do not collect advertising identifiers. We do not sell data.4. How we use information
We use information only to deliver services to you, operate and secure the integration, provide support, handle billing and administration, and comply with law.5. How we share information
We do not share Client Data with third parties for their own purposes.
We may disclose information only (a) with your instruction or consent, (b) to comply with law or legal process, or (c) to service providers we use to host or secure our systems, under confidentiality and security obligations.6. Data retention
We retain information only as long as reasonably necessary for the purposes above, including providing services, meeting contractual obligations, resolving disputes, and complying with law. Upon request, and subject to legal and recordkeeping requirements, we will delete or return Client Data in our possession. Some data may remain in backups for a limited period.7. Security
We use reasonable administrative, technical, and physical safeguards designed to protect information. No system can be guaranteed 100% secure.8. Your choices
You can revoke our QuickBooks Online access at any time through your Intuit or QuickBooks settings. You can also contact us to update your contact information.9. Changes

Alpha Ledger LLC Terms of Service (EULA)
Effective date: 1/1/2025These Terms govern your use of any Alpha Ledger LLC integration or tooling that connects to your QuickBooks Online company and any related services (the "Services"). By using the Services, you agree to these Terms.1. Services
Alpha Ledger provides fractional CFO and related consulting services. If you authorize access, we may use Intuit APIs to access your QuickBooks Online data to provide Services to you. Alpha Ledger is not Intuit and does not control Intuit systems.2. Authorization
You represent that you are authorized to grant Alpha Ledger access to the applicable QuickBooks Online company. You may revoke access at any time through Intuit or QuickBooks settings.3. Client Data
You own your data, including QuickBooks Online data ("Client Data"). You grant Alpha Ledger a limited, revocable right to access and use Client Data solely to provide Services to you.4. Confidentiality
We will treat Client Data as confidential and use or disclose it only to provide Services to you, as described in our Privacy Policy, with your instruction or consent, or as required by law.5. Acceptable use
You will not use the Services unlawfully, interfere with the Services, attempt unauthorized access, or provide access to a QuickBooks Online company you are not authorized to administer.6. Disclaimers
The Services are provided "as is" and "as available". We do not warrant uninterrupted or error free operation. Intuit outages, API changes, or permission changes may affect availability. Alpha Ledger does not provide legal or tax advice unless explicitly agreed in writing.7. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Alpha Ledger will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages. Alpha Ledger's total liability arising out of or related to the Services will not exceed the fees you paid to Alpha Ledger for the Services in the three (3) months immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.8. Termination
Either party may terminate Services under any applicable engagement letter or agreement, or if none exists, by written notice. Upon termination, we will stop accessing your QuickBooks Online data. Data handling after termination is described in the Privacy Policy and any applicable engagement agreement.9. Governing law and venue
These Terms are governed by New York law. Any dispute will be brought in state or federal courts located in New York County, New York.10. Changes
